Maison Guy Degrenne is pleased to deliver throughout metropolitan France and Monaco (to your home or a pick-up point), as well as to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, and Portugal via our partner GLS.
Your delivery times Our shipping times (excluding order preparation time) are 24 to 48 hours for metropolitan France, and 3 to 4 working days for Corsica and the rest of Europe. For bulky orders (over 30 kg), delivery is handled by a specialized carrier. In this case, a tailor-made timeframe will be communicated to you by email prior to shipping, based on your delivery department.
Rates for Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica)

Free delivery for orders over €119: Shipping costs are complimentary for any order with an amount greater than or equal to €119 incl. VAT (excluding promotions and gift wrapping). To make your experience easier, the remaining amount needed to benefit from this privilege is automatically displayed in your cart.

Orders under €119: For any order under €119 incl. VAT, a contribution of €6.90 applies for delivery to a pick-up point, and €9.90 for delivery to the address of your choice (home, workplace, etc.).
Rates for Corsica
For deliveries to Corsica, a surcharge of €25.90 is added to the standard shipping costs (this combined flat rate will appear at the bottom of your order summary). Delivery is free for all orders over €200 incl. VAT.

Zone 1 (Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium): €15 via GLS.

RETURNS: OUR QUALITY COMMITMENT
Because your satisfaction is our priority, Maison Guy Degrenne is committed to assisting you should a item not fully meet your expectations. You may return your items in their original packaging, according to the conditions detailed below.
Your cooling-off period For any item ordered and delivered, you have a 14-day withdrawal period to return it to us. This period begins the day after you receive your order.
Anomalies or non-conformity upon delivery To help us assist you as effectively as possible, please follow these steps:

Broken/Chipped item: If the package is damaged, please state clear reservations on the delivery note in the presence of the driver and inform Guy Degrenne of the situation the same day by email at sav@guydegrenne.fr, attaching photos of the package and the item in question.

Preparation error (non-conformity): If the items received do not match your order, please inform us at sav@guydegrenne.fr upon receipt or at the latest on the first working day following delivery. Our team will provide you with instructions for the return.
How to process a return?

Your request: Inform our Customer Service of your wish to return an item by writing to us at sav@guydegrenne.fr within the required timeframe.

Your return slip: Once your request is validated, we will send you a case number and a return slip to print via email.

Preparing your package: Place the new items (in perfect condition and with their tags) back into their original packaging, carefully sealed. Attach the return slip visibly to the package, then ship it to the address indicated on the slip.

Your refund: We will confirm the receipt of your package by email. Guy Degrenne then undertakes to process the refund for the returned items within a maximum of 14 days.
Return shipping cost terms

Change of mind: The product is refunded. Return shipping costs remain at your expense.

Refused or unopened package: Full refund (product and initial delivery costs).

Guy Degrenne responsibility (error, defect): Full refund (product, initial delivery costs, and coverage of return shipping costs).
