How do you receive your card?
The DEGRENNE Privilege card is offered at our DEGRENNE physical retail outlets** for any purchase of DEGRENNE products.
To set up your Privilege card go to one of our DEGRENNE physical retail outlets**.
From 17 April 2024, the PRIVILEGES loyalty programme will no longer be valid in "FACTORY" factory outlets.

Accumulation of your points:
At the time of your purchase and on presenting your Privilèges card, you accumulate your gift points on the following basis:
€10 purchase = 1 loyalty point1 loyalty point = € 1 discount
By filling in the number of your Privilege Card in your E-shop account on www.degrenne.com, you can also accumulate points for every purchase online!
So you build up your gift points whatever the amount of your purchases and even during the sales!
Gift vouchers:

Birthday offer -30% off
Gift voucher of -30%, valid according to the deadline indicated on your voucher, on any purchase of products in the DEGRENNE boutiques, excluding the DEGRENNE X ELYSEE collection (list of boutiques available on ww.degrenne.fr). Use on presentation of your cheque in the boutique. Excludes gift/wedding lists, sales, liquidations and current promotions. Valid for 1 checkout only. The anniversary offer is reserved for Privilege Card holders. The beneficiary remains solely responsible for the use of this voucher in the event of loss or theft. This gift voucher is not transferable and must bear the name of its beneficiary. Offer not valid in factory outlets, DEGRENNE stands in department stores or on the eshop.
